The present research was conducted with the aim of designing a model for branding Green products in the motor oil industry. The statistical population of the research includes experts and academic experts in the field of marketing and branding and a number of marketing expert managers in the motor oil industry. The statistical sample was selected by purposeful judgment of 14 people. Data collection tools include library studies and semi-structured interviews with experts. The validity of the interview questions was confirmed by the context method and its reliability was confirmed by the retest method (0.883). Data analysis was performed with a qualitative approach using data based theorizing method and the coding process was performed in three stages of open, axial and selective coding. Based on this, each component of the coding paradigm was described and the branding model of Green products in the motor oil industry was drawn, and at the end, a theory based on 18 theorems was created. Based on the calculated model, casual conditions (including private sector conditions and public sector conditions), central category (Green product branding process), bedrock (including Green branding leadership, Green intellectual capital and production infrastructure and Green technology), contextual factors (including Environmental factor in both domestic and foreign industry), strategies(including implementation of Green branding strategies, Green brand identity, integrated Green brand communication, and joint branding) and consequence, ( attitudinal and functional consequences of Green brand) are explained in a paradigm model. Finally, the relationships between them were theorized in the selected model.

Strategic and open innovation approaches can change the performance of companies and eliminate the weaknesses and drawbacks of traditional approaches. The combination of two variables with performance creates conditions for companies to use innovation to achieve high performance and compete with competitors and survive. Due to the importance of this issue in the present study, the effect of open innovation factors on the strategy and organizational performance of Tehran Municipality (Case study: Tehran Region 1 Municipality) was investigated. This research is applied in terms of purpose and Descriptive-Analytical in terms of data collection. Data analysis and testing of research hypotheses by SPSS, PLS softwares, based on questionnaires collected from 234 managers and experts of urban planning, urban affairs, information technology, finance, planning and urban development as a statistical sample, has been done, the sampling method is completely random and Cochran's formula and the data collection tool is 17-item open innovation questionnaire, 15-item organizational evaluation strategy questionnaire and 15-item organizational performance questionnaire, which has validity and reliability. The results of the hypotheses showed that the production, process and administrative factor with a coefficient (0.116, 0.149 and 0.509) on the strategy and a coefficient (0.172, 0.117 and 0.605) on organizational performance, respectively.

Dynamic environment and high speed of technological changes are the most important drivers of technology development and innovation in the ICT industry. The high speed of knowledge flow has caused many companies to have problems and confusion in its acquisition and application. Therefore, it is necessary to pay attention to improving the capacity to attract actors active in this industry in order to increase competitive advantage in international markets. Because it shows the ability of the organization to detect new external information, absorb and use it in line with the goals of the organization. Since the absorption capacity can be considered as a function of environmental changes in the company, so our technological cooperation between companies as an environmental factor affecting the organization, affects the absorption capacity. Thus, the main purpose of this study is to investigate the factors affecting the improvement of absorption capacity through technological cooperation in mobile network operators in Iran as one of the leaders in the field of information and communication technology. In this research we used mixed method and presented with 5 hypotheses. Confirmatory factor analysis and structural equation tests were used to analyze the results of the qualitative part of the research. The results of this study show that organizational culture, organizational capability, organizational openness, creativity and innovation of the organization are effective factors in improving the absorption capacity of technological cooperation in mobile operators.

Due to the increase in global and domestic methanol production capacity and forecasts made to reduce the price of methanol in the coming years, the need to allocate part of the country's export methanol to become more valuable products is felt for this purpose by studying the methanol products market and domestic demand trends In the coming years, the potential for the production of important methanol derivatives has been prioritized, so for this purpose, we need to use industrial clusters as a group of firms that are located in a specific geographical location and operate in the same direction. Therefore, methanol products (which is a total of 98 products) after reviewing and passing through two filters, in the form of an industrial cluster that includes 21 industrial units are proposed for investment in this article, which in addition to deprivation more than Petrochemicals, increasing exports and employment provide the potential to produce a variety of other products that will have future markets. The most important products proposed in the first step of methanol industrial cluster formation are propylene, ethanol, ethylene, formaldehyde, and phenol-formaldehyde urea-formaldehyde resin, 1 and 4 butane DL, methylamines, dimethylformamide, acetic acid, vinyl acetate, d-methyl Ether, and methyl methacrylate.

China has sought to shift the center of gravity of the world economy from the West to the Asian continent with its focus and expand its sphere of influence in various economic, political, and geographical areas on an international scale. The Digital Silk Road project is designed as the foundation of China’s digital economy, in line with such goals, which can also have a great impact on the geopolitical situation of Iran. Digital Silk Road project uses technologies that are considered as the foundation of a digital economy. These technologies include communication infrastructure and information technologies. The participation or non-participation of countries in this plan can have a great impact on their development, reducing digital divide and improving local capacities. The purpose of this paper is to investigate the effects of the Digital Silk Road on sustainable development. Therefore, the plan is analyzed from the economic, political, social, and technological perspectives using the PEST method framework, and then its role in sustainable development is explained. Given Iran's strong presence in the project, it can be expected that its role in international policy and digital governance will increase and connect the country to the global value chain in terms of economic and technological aspects.

Green industries and renewable energy have been considered because of various issues such as global warming and the need to meet the growing energy needs of communities, especially in recent years, and researchers believe that the transition to greener economies and industries is primarily centered on the role of technological change and evolution. This technological evolution is usually accomplished by problem-solving activities that integrate different sciences from the same or different fields of technology and take advantage of the cumulative nature of knowledge. Given the necessity and importance of the development of renewable technologies, the purpose of this study is to investigate the diversity of knowledge of technological roots in the development of these technologies and the impact of this diversity on the technological catch-up of countries active in this field. Since solar energy is the largest source of renewable energy production in the world, technologies in this field were selected as the study. This research is an applied type of Technometrics and was performed using the patent citation analysis method. In order to conduct the research, in the first step, patents in the field of solar energy in the period 1980 to 2016 were obtained from the Derwent patent database. In the next step, the backward citations of each patent were extracted. In the third step, the number of different technology classes related to this field was identified, and using the index, the originality of each patent was calculated using the R language and aggregated at the national level. In the fourth step, the trend of originality index for successful countries was achieved. Finally, regression modeling showed that for both China and South Korea, the originality of knowledge and the diversity of technological roots were positively correlated with technological catch-up. In the end, the conclusion and research suggestions were presented.
