According to the mission of the Research and Technology Organizations, they are responsible for innovative and technological support of industries to enhance technological competitiveness of those industries. Regarding to the necessity of increasing the effectiveness of RTOs, in this paper in order to the analytical recognition of RTOs, their business model were be analysis from as a Knowledge Intensive Business Services (KIBS). Hence, major dimension of services business model including concept, process, and resources and infrastructures of service in Knowledge Intensive Business Services is described. The results indicate that the value proposition in the service concept in RTOs is achieved based on continuous development through increased knowledge of customer and RTOs as a service provider. The most important resource for RTOs is knowledge competencies and employees motivation to continuous learning and enhancing professional knowledge more beyond their previous professional fields.

Nowadays success of organizations depends on proper management of organizational knowledge that is possible using the right strategy. On the other hand, the organizational sources are also limited in Knowledge Management. So knowledge management strategy that is in line with organizational requirements, must be chosen in a way to have the greatest effect for the organization by proper allocation of sources. For this purpose, the present study conducted which aimed at choosing knowledge management strategy using a hybrid approach to network analysis process (ANP) and DEMATEL phase in Ansar bank branches in Kermanshah. The research method in terms of purpose is practical and data collection is descriptive-analytic. The statistical population consists of experts in the field of knowledge management, senior managers and staff of Ansar bank branches in Kermanshah. Data were collected by census and questionnaire. Also the data were analyzed using SPSS software and Super Decision. According to the findings, the weight of each sub criteria (Wi) and standard points (Si) was obtained in the organization; Using them the 6.709 value was obtained for the criteria KMSI in which the hybrid strategy toward the coding strategy was chosen as the dominant strategy in the organization.

تغییر نیازها و خواستههای مشتریان، تحول سریع تکنولوژی، افزایش رقابت در بازار و افزایش رونق اقتصادی موجب شده است که شرکتها در صنایع مختلف با سرعت، بازدهی وکیفیت رو به رشدی به نوآوری و ارائه محصولات جدید بپردازند. در واقع، مشتریان در جستجوی محصولات جدیدتر، پیشرفتهتر و منطبق بر نیازهای خود هستند و شرکتها نیز بدلیل بازار رقابتی ناچارند محصولاتی را ارائه دهند که پاسخگوی نیاز و انتظارات مشتریان باشد. ضرورت داشتن راهبرد و تدوین استراتژی در این حوزه برای صنعت دفاعی کشور که دارای خصلت پیچیدگی، هزینه بر بودن و زمان بر بودن میباشند، از اهمیت حیاتی برخوردار است. که در این راستا شناخت محیطی و بررسی عوامل کلیدی موفقیت یک گام اساسی میباشد. در این مقاله سعی داریم نسبت به ارزشیابی میزان موفقیت مولفههای تاثیر گذار بر توسعه محصول جدید در صنایع دفاعی و اولویتبندی آنها اقدام نموده و وضعیت صنعت و شکاف موجود در هر یک از عوامل را بررسی و بیان نماییم.

Benefit from the spin off companies as practical strategy for commercialization technologies especially high technologies in recent years, has a special place among experts and policy makers. Based on this goal, this paper examines the concepts and important issues regarding the formation and the development of spin off companies and the factors affecting the process. Studying the theoretical concepts associated with these companies shows the different approaches to the issue. Beside the definitions and the different patterns of commercialization, such as spin off companies, also there is an important issue that is essentially business processes and patterns of new technologies and products have been developed in advanced countries and do not necessarily use them in less developed countries for leading to technology commercialization, because agents and numerous challenges in developing countries on the way to technology commercialization and, in particular the creation of spin off companies, that there is not in developed countries.

Todays, environmental and international changes, competition domain expansion among banks and increasing the knowledge level of customers have made several challenges for banking systems. To cope with these evolutions, maintaining a competitive advantages and as a result creating values for customers, appropriate guidelines must be chosen. Among existing solutions, managing and expanding intellectual capital services is one of the most important and effective ones. Hence, in this research work, the focus is on detecting and evaluating the efficient elements on forming structural assets, as one of the component of intellectual capital. The type and the procedure of research are practical, and descriptive-respectively. The study population is managers and employee of Economic Mehr Bank of Yazd province. The data are gathered by census via questionnaire. Afterwards, they are analyzed by SPSS software, binomial test as a statistical technique and the matrix importance of performance. According to the results of assumptions test, organization culture, organization structure, information systems, managing approaches, innovation and knowledge managing are in suitable conditions. At the end, according to the importance and performance of these factors in banking systems, some suggestions have been proposed in order to bank operational goals are coming true.

Air pollution in Tehran has a systematic behavior, and its inputs and outputs are specified. It is an example of a complex system considering the number of parameters and the importance of consequences, mutual influence of the factors, the variety of tactics, and the difficulty of measuring and monitoring the related variables. In this paper, the main reasons of Tehran air pollution, and the estimation of each pollution source contribution including traffic in creating the main pollutants are surveyed. This is done by a cause and effect diagram (fishbone diagram), using experts’ survey, and weighting method considering the type and intensity of air pollution consequences. In next section of the paper, taking into account the high contribution of traffic to air pollution, technological necessities including infrastructural, hardware, software, social and cultural ones are proposed for reducing the capital traffic and controlling the traffic indices within the related standard. The most important traffic indices are mentioned and their quantities in Tehran during the years 1384 and 1390 are presented. The quantities analysis shows an estimation of the effectiveness and efficiency of the results to improve the traffic during the above mentioned years. Air pollution and heavy traffic (especially in peak times) are the problems of many mega cities and provincial capitals of the country besides Tehran. Therefore, the results of this paper can be used as a pattern by them.

In this paper, diagnosing the technology transfer contract of a hunting weapon is studied. To the belief of the experts, the complete process of technology transfer consists of three steps; (1) selection and acquisition, (2) adaption, absorption, and application, (3) development and dissemination. Therefore, the questions related to each area extracted, and they are studied through the interviews with eight experts and former managers in the field of hunting weapon production; and finally, by distributing the questionnaires among 100 technology transfer experts the compilation of the main components and project model was done. The studies show that the most challenges happen in the first instance in technology selection and acquisition, and then in development and dissemination. Also, the findings indicate that many managerial changes in implementing the contract have caused the senior managers of all the factories producing this weapon to pay attention to short term economic results, and to neglect the long term goals in mind from signing the contract. Furthermore, by holding the predicted training courses incompletely, the company has not succeeded in achieving the design knowledge of similar hunting weapons.

Technology transfer as one of the paradigms of new era, is a process that helps the developing countries to implement the projects for the optimal operation of resources, to facilitate achieving the success in competition with other countries, and to provide economic development and growth in less developed countries technologically. The aim of this study was to determine the strategy for technology transfer in the upstream oil industry (oil fields development) of the Islamic Republic of Iran using the conditional effectiveness model of technology transfer. For this purpose, the views and attitudes of 30 executives and experts in the field of technology transfer including factors of technology transfer in developing the country oil fields, were investigated. In order to analyze the collected data, the SPSS software, Friedman & regression tests were used. The results showed that among the factors of transfer technology in the development of oil fields, the issue of transfer is at the highest priority, which among its sub criteria the scientific knowledge and physical technology have the highest priority. In estimating the present company technology, utilizing the high precision machinery and equipment is at highest level, and using the planning technologies, production coordination, the copy making of equipment and parts, and also the possibility of exercising the design changes for optimum use of available items are at the lowest level.
