Abstract

This study analyzes the institutional forces affecting the commercialization of academic research achievements and offers nested three-level model, the community level, the University level (the smallest unit of analysis at the level of universities is academic groups) and individual level. The purpose is an applied research and in the way of data collection, is Qualitative research and research method is library method (secondary studies of Meta-Synthesis), based on the study of an area of effective factors with the use of databases is provided. The analysis in this study occurred in three stages: Full review of the research literature, short articles and combined and the final conclusions. This article is the result of institutional change, social (directly) and by changing norms University (indirectly) on the achievement of selected distribution (public access to licensing and commercialization of intellectual property created) affects.
