Abstract

Abstract This study investigate the impact of information management capability on organizational performance and the role of organizational capability (customer management capability, process management capability and performance management capability) is the relationship between these two variables. Analysis of the findings of the 89 questionnaires distributed among managers, and experts of corporate in science and technology park of guilan show that features the ability to manage customer information management in the development, management and process management Performance plays an important role in addressing. These three functions in human resources, finance and customer and organizational effectiveness are effective. As a result, managers must create the necessary conditions for the development of IT infrastructure and data management capabilities focus because this capabilities play a major role in the production of other capabilities needed to develop organizational performance.
