چکیده
انتقال فناوری از راهکارهای بنیادین توسعه صنعتی است و از این رو بعنوان یک ضرورت، مورد استفاده حوزه های مختلف تخصصی است. عرصه هوایی نیز طی سالیان اخیر از این مقوله مستثنی نبوده و گام های مثبتی نیز در این زمینه برداشته است. فراز و نشیب-های موجود در دستیابی به فرایند انتقال فناوری، موجبات تفکیک زمانی آن را به دوره های مختلف فراهم آورده است. مسلما هر یک از این دوره ها دارای بازتاب شرایط سیاسی، اجتماعی و تاریخی خاص خود می باشد. نگارنده در این مقاله، ضمن بیان مفاهیم پایه ای و مدل های اساسی نوآوری صنعتی و انتقال فناوری، به بیان تاریخچه انتقال فناوری در صنایع هوایی ایران، محیطهای موثر بر فناوری، سطوح مختلف توسعه فناوری، فرایند کلی انتقال فناوری، ذکر چند پروژه انتقال فناوری در شرکت صنایع هواپیماسازی ایران (هسا) و همچنین بررسی ویژگی های این مقوله در دهه سوم انقلاب پرداخته است.

One of the fundamental methods of industry development is technology transfer. Therefore, in different fields of skills it is used as a necessity. In recent years, the aviation arena has not been an exception in this respect and has taken positive steps in this field. The present ups and downs in technology transfer process have provided a separation between different periods of time. Each of these periods, as would be noticed, reflects its specific political, social, and historical conditions. Having stated the basic concepts and the main patterns of industrial innovation and technology transfer, the writer has paid attention to the history of technology transfer in Iran aircraft industries, the study of technology transfer different steps, the study of technology transfer projects in Iran aircraft manufacturing industries company, and the study of different features of this category in the third decade of revolution.
