The purpose of this study is to identify and rank the mechanisms of collaboration between corporations and startups in order to achieve innovation and strategic renewal through the expansion and generalization of corporate venturing mechanisms.
Research method: The research is quantitative in the form of triangular fuzzy numbers in terms of data collection. Therefore, in terms of research philosophy, it is in the category of positivism paradigm, its orientation is applied and developmental, and the strategy used is multi-criteria decision making. The statistical population is all experts familiar with the subject, and sampling is purposefully selected from it. In order to analyze the collected data, the multi-criteria decision making (fuzzy Shannon entropy and fuzzy Aras) method is used.
Results: The results show that 11 mechanisms of corporate venturing collaboration can be considered as innovation and renewal activities mechanisms in the organization, with the difference that their effectiveness is different in each dimension. And, if the corporate accelerator mechanism is used as a tool to collaborate with startups, all three dimensions of corporate entrepreneurship will be realized.
