چکیده

مهارت‌های بازاریابان در بازاریابی مبتنی بر فناوری دیجیتال برای مدیران شرکت‌ها یا افرادی که می‌خواهند تجارت خود را رونق ببخشند و مشتریان زیادی را جذب کسب و کار خود کنند از اهمیت خاصی برخوردار است. از مهم ترین مهارت‌های بازاریابان دیجیتال مهارت‌های کسب و کاری و تکنیکی است. در این پژوهش به منظور بررسی این موضوع چهار مهارت کسب و کاری (مهارت‌های پژوهشی، دانش تکنیکال و کاربردی، پایش و اندازه‌گیری و مهارت یکپارچه‌سازی مهارت‌های دیجیتالی)، و سه مهارت تکنیکی (مهارت‌های سازمانی، پیش بینی آینده و مهارت‌های ارتباط با مشتری)، با استفاده از مدل رویل و لن، ( 2014) و روش پژوهش پیمایشی از نوع توصیفی- تحلیلی مورد مطالعه قرار گرفت. تحلیل یافته‌ها با استفاده از آزمون‌های همبستگی پیرسون، آزمون t تک‌نمونه‌ای، آزمون T زوجی، آزمون t با دو نمونه مستقل و آزمون تحلیل واریانس در نرم‌افزار SPSS و ماتریس اهمیت ـ عملکرد انجام گرفت . مطابق با یافته‌های پژوهش در مرحله اهمیت، بیشترین مقدار میانگین مربوط به مهارت‌های پیش‌بینی آینده با مقدار (6188/4)، و یکپارچه‌سازی مهارت‌های دیجیتالی با مقدار (4989/4)، است همچنین بیشترین شکاف میان ابعاد مهارتی بازاریابان دیجیتال مربوط به مهارت‌های پیش‌بینی آینده با مقدار (0014/1- )، و مهارت‌های پایش و اندازه‌گیری با مقدار ( 8913/0- )، است.

چکیده [English]

Marketers' skills in digital marketing are of particular importance to corporate executives or individuals who want to develop their business and attract more customers. The main purpose of this study is to measure business skills including research, technical and applied knowledge, monitoring and measurement ones, and ability of digital skills integration, and also technical skills, including organizational, future prediction, and customer relationship ones. This study is conducted on a survey basis using the model of Rowell and Len, (2014), and descriptive data collection method. Proposed factors are analyzed using Pearson correlation test, one-sample t-test, paired t-test, t-test with two independent samples, and variance analysis through the significance-performance matrix which are conducted through SPSS. The resulted significance levels show that the highest average is related to future forecasting skills (with the value of 4.6188), and the integration of digital ones (4.4989); also the largest gap among the dimensions of digital marketer's skills is related to future prediction, and monitoring and measurement ones with the values of -1.0014 and -0.8913 respectively.
