چکیده

مدیریت کیفیت جامع و یادگیری سازمانی به عنوان شیوه های مدیریتی شناخته شده اند که می توانند نوآوری سازمانی را ارتقاء ببخشند. پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی نقش میانجی یادگیری سازمانی در ارتباط بین مدیریت کیفیت جامع و نوآوری سازمانی انجام شده است. این پژوهش از نظر هدف، کاربردی و از نظر روش، توصیفی- همبستگی است. جامعه آماری پژوهش را شرکت های کوچک و متوسط شهرک صنعتی مبارکه تشکیل می دادند. روش نمونه گیری به روش تصادفی ساده بوده است و برای تعیین حجم نمونه توسط نرم افزار Sample Power، 150 شرکت تعیین گردید. برای جمع آوری داده ها از پرسشنامه استفاده شد. روایی پرسشنامه ها با بهره گیری از روایی محتوایی و روایی سازه تأیید شد و پایایی آن ها با روش آلفای بدست آمد. برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها و آزمون فرضیه ها، از مدل یابی معادلات ساختاری به کمک نرم افزار SMART-PLS استفاده شد. یافته های پژوهش نشان داد که مدیریت کیفیت جامع بر نوآوری و یادگیری سازمانی تأثیر مستقیم و معناداری دارد. همچنین یافته ها نشان داد که تأثیر یادگیری سازمانی بر نوآوری سازمانی مثبت و معنادار می باشد. علاوه بر این، یافته ها حاکی از آن است که مدیریت کیفیت جامع بر نوآوری سازمانی از طریق متغیر میانجی یادگیری سازمانی تأثیرگذار است. با توجه به نتایج بدست آمده، مدیریت کیفیت جامع و یادگیری سازمانی می توانند در جهت ایجاد و بهبود نوآوری در شرکت های کوچک و متوسط موثر واقع شوند.

چکیده [English]

The total quality management (TQM) and organizational learning are considered as management practices that can enhance innovation organization. The aim of this study is to investigate the mediating role of organizational learning in relation to TQM and organizational innovation. This study is applied in terms of the target, and descriptive-correlation in terms of method. The statistical population of the study consisted of small and medium-sized enterprises (SEMs) in Mobarakeh industrial town. The sampling method was simple random and 150 companies were selected to determine the sample size by Sample Power software. Questionnaire were used to collect the data. The validity of Them was confirmed using content and construct validity and their reliability was obtained by Cronbach's alpha. The data was analyzed by structural equation modeling with the help of SMART-PLS software. The research findings showed that TQM has significant effect on innovation and organizational learning. Also, the effect of organizational learning on organizational innovation is meaningful and positive. Besides, the findings showed that TQM has a significant effect on organizational innovation through organizational learning as a meditator variable. According to the results, TQM and organizational learning have a great influence to make and improve the organizational innovation in SMEs.
