چکیده
با توجه به توسعه فناوری نانو در ایران، در سالهای اخیر پروژههایی در قالب همکاری‌های فناورانه بین عرضهکنندگان فناوری نانو در شرکت‌های کوچک و همچنین متقاضیان آن یعنی شرکت‌های صنعتی شکل‌گرفته است. در انجام این پروژهها اغلب طرفینِ انتقال فناوری با چالشهایی روبه‌رو میشوند که عمدتاً در مرحله اجرا بوده و منجر به کاهش اثربخشی آن‌ها میگردد. این پژوهش به بررسی و تبیین چالشهای اجرایی این پروژهها پرداخته است. پژوهش حاضر یک پژوهش پیمایشی بوده و از ابزار پرسشنامه و انجام مصاحبه برای گردآوری داده استفاده شده است . در این پژوهش ابتدا با مرور ادبیات و انجام مصاحبههای نیمه ساختاریافته، ابعاد و شاخصهای مهم موانع همکاری‌های فناورانه در حوزه فناوری نانو مشخص و سپس با طراحی پرسشنامه و اخذ نظرات بازیگران اصلی این همکاری‌های فناورانه، اهم این موانع و چالش‌ها شناسایی و رتبهبندی شده است. نتایج تحقیق بیانگر این موضوع است که شاخصهای ضعف نهادهای میانجی در برقراری ارتباط بین طرفین همکاری، تردید خریدار نسبت به ریسک‌های استفاده از فناوری جدید و بوروکراسی فرایندهای سازمانی شرکت‌های بزرگ در تعامل با عرضهکنندگان فناوری، عمدهترین چالش‌ها و موانع در همکاری‌های فناورانه هستند. در انتها نویسندگان با انجام مصاحبههای نیمه ساختاریافته از طرفینِ این همکاری‌های فناورانه، راهکارهایی برای غلبه بر این موانع ارائه میکنند.

Executive obstacles and challenges in the process of technological collaborations (Case study: nanotechnology)

Regarding nanotechnology development in Iran in recent years, projects within the framework of technological collaborations between nanotechnology suppliers in small companies and its applicants (industrial companies) were formed. In carrying out these projects, often parties face with some challenges mainly in the implementation phase that reduce its effectiveness. This study has been conducted to explain the challenges of these projects. This study is a survey research and data is collected by questionnaires and interviews. In this study, first, dimensions and indicators of important technological barriers to technological collaboration in the field of nanotechnology have been identified by a literature review and semi-structured interviews. Then, the questionnaire was design to obtain, identify and rank the comments of main actors of the technological collaborations, most important obstacles and challenges. The results show: weakness of intermediary institutions indicators in connecting technological collaboration parties; the buyer doubts about the risks of using new technologies and organizational bureaucracy processes of large companies interacting with technology providers; are the major challenges and obstacles in technological collaboration.
