چکیده

سامانه های حمل و نقل هوشمند (ITS) در حال عرضه نوآوری‌های متنوعی هستند که می‌توانند چهره حمل و نقل را تغییر دهند. اما از دیدگاه بسیاری ار صاحب نظران جهان، آنچه بزرگترین تاثیر را بر آینده ITS خواهد داشت، فناوری ارتباطات خودرویی است. فن آوری بی سیمِ کارآمدِ بکارگرفته شده در این فناوری با استفاده ازارتباطات خودرو با خودرو(V2V) و خودرو با زیرساخت (V2I) قابلیت متحول نمودن ایمنی حمل و نقلی، کاهش ازدحامات ترافیکی و اثرات زیست محیطی بخش حمل و نقل را دارد.پیاده سازی فناوری ارتباطات خودرویی،صرفاً تصویری از آینده ITSنیست، بلکه ITS دنیا بر مبنای آن در حال متحول شدن و توسعه می باشد. سازمان‌های دولتی، پژوهشکده‌های حمل‌و‌نقل و خودروسازان جهان، هم اکنون در حال توسعه این فناوری بوده و پیشرفت‌هایی واقعی در این راه بدست آورده‌اند.این پژوهش به بررسی اثر و جایگاه ارتباطات خودرویی در سامانه حمل و نقل هوشمند می‌پردازد.

Connected Vehicle Technology: An Overview of Concepts and Applications

چکیده [English]

Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) offer various innovations that can transform transportation systems. According to many experts, the greatest driving force of the ITS evolution will come from the Connected Vehicle Technology (CVT). The effective wireless communications deployed in this technology, has the capability of transforming transportation safety, mobility and also reducing environmental impacts using Vehicle to Vehicle (V2V) and Vehicle to Infrastructure (V2I) communications. Implementing the connected vehicle technology not only provides a futuristic vision for this technology but also transforms the intelligent transportation systems worldwide. The governmental organizations, transportation research centers and car manufacturers are trying to develop this technology and they've already achieved some notable achievements. This study investigates the impacts and role of the vehicular communications in intelligent transportation systems.
