Abstract
In this article, a specified defined programmed based demand Push Strategy of RTD Foundation under title ‘General survey for strategic Planning of Selected Industrial Area’ is being explained. This major Plan is indeed an attempt for obtaining various resources on the basis of specified goals and Plans. Performing this major Plan has not only led to make a background for technology strategic Planning development in various technical area, changing the present condition to ideal situation, but also has established various technology center and intermediate networks which leads to wide use of specialized abilities in the country.
