چکیده

با توجه به اهمیت استفاده از اینترنت و فناوری‌های مرتبط با آن جهت بازاریابی در فضای کسب‌وکار امروزی که رقابت شدیدی را در بین نهادها و ارگان‌های مختلف به وجود آورده است و سبب استفاده از شیوه‌های مختلف توسط سازمان‌ها برای دستیابی به موفقیت شده است، در این مطالعه به مروری جامع بر انواع بازاریابی دیجیتال پرداخته‌شده است. هدف از این مطالعه معرفی شیوه‌هایی از بازاریابی دیجیتال است که می‌تواند در حوزه آموزش مورد استفاده قرار گیرد و سبب موفقیت در عملکرد بازاریابی کسب‌وکارهایی شود که در حوزه آموزش فعال هستند. طبق بررسی‌های انجام شده در این مطالعه مبتنی بر مبانی نظری می‌توان سه شیوه بازاریابی در رسانه‌های اجتماعی، بازاریابی با ایمیل و بازاریابی محتوا را به‌عنوان شیوه‌هایی از بازاریابی دیجیتال معرفی کرد که بیشترین کاربرد را می‌تواند به‌خصوص در حوزه آموزش داشته باشد. ازاین‌رو توجه به آن‌ها به مدیران سازمان‌های مرتبط پیشنهاد می‌شود.

چکیده [English]

Given the importance of using the Internet and its related technologies for marketing in today's business environment, it has created an intense competition among various entities and organizations, and has led them to use different ways to succeed. In this respect, a comprehensive overview of the types of digital marketing has been done. The purpose of this study is to introduce digital marketing practices that can be used in the field of education, and bring about success in the performance of businesses marketing that are active in this field. According to the theoretical foundations of this study, three types of marketing including social media, email, and content marketing can be identified as digital marketing practices that can be of particular use in education. Therefore, they are recommended to the managers of relevant organizations.
