[English]

In today's world, organizations are faced with impulses and disturbances such as; Changes in the level of customer expectations, technological changes, international sanctions and lack of resources are faced, which affect both organizational resilience and the choice of technology transfer methods. Therefore, this research was conducted to identify the most important components of organizational resilience with respect to the importance of technology transfer methods in companies designing and manufacturing power transmission line fittings. The method of the present research was applied, qualitative, cross-sectional and descriptive with the help of data collection tools including library studies, questionnaires and interviews and using the technique of quality performance development with a statistical community consisting of experts and industry and university experts who were selected non-randomly using judgment-targeted methods and networks were done. In this research, after identifying the most important factors influencing the choice of technology transfer method, the most common technology transfer methods and organizational resilience components, relationships and value of technology transfer methods and organizational resilience components were identified and analyzed using the quality house matrix. According to the obtained results, "the need to acquire technology" is the most important factor in choosing the method of technology transfer, "reverse engineering" method is the most optimal method of technology transfer and "trust between actors" is the most effective component of organizational resilience.
