In present complicated and transitive world, fundamental evolution has happened by entrepreneurship revolution that has been so significant affects on many of countries development. Today entrepreneurship development is the core of countryُ s development program. In Iran entrepreneurship developing is one of essential society needs too, so the Identification of entrepreneurship effective factors and their interaction is mandatory. In this paper, entrepreneurship value chain is introduced as a powerful tool for identifying entrepreneurship activities and their interaction. It divides the available activities in this process in two groups; Primary and Secondary. Primary activities are those activities that entrepreneurial person or organizations proceed from idea appearance and opportunity identification to start and grow the business, and Secondary activities support the primary activities. This model can help map the strategy of entrepreneurship development and appears the opportunities and threads, and also it makes a mutual understanding between entrepreneurial person and its support collection.
