چکیده

در این نوشتار، همکاری های تکنولوژیکی گروهی از شرکت های تامین کننده قطعات، تجهیزات، کالاها و خدمات تخصصی صنعت نفت ایران با شرکت های خارجی مورد بررسی واقع گردیده است. این شرکت ها به منظور ارتقای سطح تکنولوژیکی و تامین رضایت کارفرمایان، به حوزه "همکاری های بین سازمانی و تکنولوژیکی با شرکت های خارجی" وارد شده و از این طریق ، ضمن افزایش توانمندی رقابت با سایر رقبا، از دانش فنی و تکنولوژی های نوین شرکت های همکار بهره برداری می نمایند. در ادامه با استفاده از یک مدل معتبر در زمینه بررسی همکاری های تکنولوژیکی بین شرکت ها، این نوع از همکاری ها مورد بررسی قرار می گیرد. سپس ضمن تجزیه و تحلیل وضعیت کنونی شرکت های عضو نمونه موردمطالعه، شکل سازمانی مناسب برای هر همکاری تکنولوژیکی بین دو شرکت ارائه می گردد. در پایان به تفسیر تفاوت موجود در روند جاری همکاری ها و وضعیت پیشنهادی مدل پرداخته و علل آن نیز بیان شده است.

Technological collaborations assessment of the members of society of Iranian Petroleum Industry Equipment

چکیده [English]

In this writing, the technological collaborations between the foreign companies and a group of internal companies supplying the parts, equipment, goods, and professional services of Iranian Petroleum Industry are studied. In order to upgrade the technological level and fulfill the task master satisfaction, the latter companies have entered the area of inter- organizational and technological collaborations with the foreign companies through which, boosting the competence ability with respect to other competitors, utilize their new know-how and technologies of those foreign companies. By using a credible pattern, these kinds of technical collaborations among companies are studied. Having analyzed the current status of the members of the group under study, the suitable organizational mode for any technological collaboration between two companies is presented. Finally, the present difference between the current trend of collaborations and the pattern proposed situation is interpreted and the other reasons are explained too.
