The present research is applied in terms of purpose, qualitative in terms of variable, cross sectional in terms of time, and descriptive-survey and correlation- causal in terms of type. The statistical population consists of all the managers and experts of small and medium- sized manufacturing companies of Semnan city, including units of R&D, production, training, marketing, and market researches. This paper has been done in period of Fall and Winter 1396. Sampling is based on the logic of partial least square with simple random sampling method. Data collection was performed using library and field study method, and with the help of questionnaire. Data analysis was implemented by a multi stage process as follows: components recognition by the related literature, reliability study of the mentioned components by Cronbach’s alpha and CR indices, and KMO index for sampling adequacy were used. Then, for responding to questions and hypotheses, the test of path and correlation analysis were used. In the next steps, confirmatory factor analysis for monitoring the indices in each constructor as well as validity were studied. Finally, all the research hypotheses were confirmed, and it can be said that open innovation has a significant impact on company innovative performance; also the moderating role of market turbulence in meaningful.
