Some family companies are more willing to innovate than other companies. Being innovative helps companies to deal with the complexity and change of the rapidly increasing turbulent external environment. In such a situation, companies that have the necessary resources for innovation are able to respond to challenges faster, extract new products and get better opportunities than organizations that lack innovation. In the meantime, marketing resources can reduce or increase activities related to fundamental innovation. Although marketing resources only provide a partial understanding of the willingness of family companies to innovate, unless the family's specific resources (such as patient capital and social capital) are also considered in the dynamic and changing environment of the company for a more comprehensive analysis of the willingness. To make fundamental innovation. The purpose of this research is to investigate the effect of marketing resources on the willingness of owners to radical innovation with the moderating role of the dynamics of the environment and specific family resources (study). Ever-increasing developments in business environment, rapid changes in markets and increase of competitiveness have made the role of innovation to be highlighted in economic growth and development process of organizations and to create competitive advantage for them more than the past. An important part of the company research in innovation process always involves generating new ideas that have commercial capability. In order to generate new and innovative ideas, the perspectives towards new product must be extended. Integration of various customers in the early stages of the innovation process-it is called the front-end of innovation (FEI) - can lead to innovation success and creativity increase. As a result, in this paper by reviewing literature, we present a new model of customer-based innovation through synthesis and development of valid models, which by focusing on front-end of innovation, it integrates simultaneously the customers of competitor companies, and customers of other industries (marginal ones) in addition to the customers of the company, in order to generate creative ideas about new product. On the other hand, using such an approach will not be possible without openness capability and applying the open innovation paradigm. The purpose of this paper is to design a systematic model so that managers can enter the next steps of innovation process with confidence about new product success in front-end of innovation.

The importance of open approach to innovation and its role in firms’ growth and business development has been acknowledged today. There is no review paper in Persian to deal with literature about open innovation. In this respect, the paper tries to study basic concepts, research lines of the past literature and horizons ahead of open innovation which are useful for business managers, students and researchers of related disciplines. Along with the value chain from suppliers to users the open innovation literature has widened during the last decade. It has also considered different contextual factors such as industry type, firm size, organizational culture and structure, etc… This literature has also tried to develop required tools and deepen the process of open innovation from the view point of different units of analysis such as individuals, projects, firms, regional clusters and industries. Analyzing the gaps in this literature indicates that the alignment with business models, the effect of open innovation in the cases such as SMEs, service business, IP regimes, and the required tools, are among the most important research lines in this respect in the future.

The emergence of the concept of "complex products and systems" began from the literature of military systems, the complexities of the system, the school of large technical system, project management and industrial organization studies. Complex products which are technically manufactured by advanced companies, are technologically advanced capital goods; and investment for capacity building in production sector is one of the important landmarks of national economic power. In the area of complex products, industry structure is mainly composed of very small number of very large firms, suppliers, manufactures, and customers. These firms involve in the process of design, research and development, systems integration, further improvements of the product and maintenance. Now, economic developments require commercialization and development of complex technologies in which the innovation happens only through a complex network. So, one of the distinguishing features of these products compared with the simple ones in mass production is the difference in the related mechanism and innovation management.

Technology development is largely dependent on designer’s creativity of the product or the technology. Since the new opportunities for the development of modern technologies should be examined by experts, the creation of innovative ideas for technology development and successful entrepreneurship is essential. One of the creative problem solving methods is systematic innovation (TRIZ) which was founded by Russian scientist, Gnrysh Altshuler, in 1946. Over the years, this method has been changed to a practical tool for innovation and solving technical problems of varying degrees of complexity. This paper is compiled to study the TRIZ capability rate for solving engineering problems. It is tried to carry out the steps of problem recognition and its solution by TRIZ for a gas accumulator; then, the resulted innovative ideas and their feasibilities to become operational are evaluated. It is obvious that any applicable innovative idea is an opportunity toward entrepreneurship.

Innovation power evaluation in national level is an introduction to policy making in this domain. For this reason, far-reaching studies have been done, and different models are presented up to now. By reviewing the presented models in the world and also the steps taken in the country, this article tries to present an indigenous model for evaluating innovation power of I.R. of Iran. On this base, a few of these models –with emphasizing on the presented ones for under developed countries- are studied first. The comparison among the models shows that all of the effective components in innovation for evaluating are not studied in some of the models; therefore, they can’t evaluate systematically the effective components of innovation in national level. Hence, this article has presented a systematic conceptual framework for evaluating the innovation power by reviewing different approaches, summing up their weak and strong points and also taking into account the considerations on the indigenization of the country arising from economic, political and social characteristics of I.R. of Iran. Since it has been tried to present a systematic model, the innovation components have been evaluated in four groups of input, output, process, and environment components. In our suggested framework, it is tried to establish a clear picture of the weak and strong points of innovation system for policy makers.
