Theoretical framework for analyze is acquired from strategic management approaches and included value from customer point of view, value drivers, key assets, key processes, and strategic capabilities. After presenting the analytical results of status of Research and Technology Organizations of Iran, at the end some implications and suggestions for improving status and enhancing performance of Research And Technology Organizations will be discussed. با توجه به روند سریع گسترش سازمان‌های پژوهش و فناوری در کشور و الزامات سند چشم‌انداز ۲۰ ساله در خصوص هدف‌گذاری در مورد کسب موقعیت اول در عرصه علم و فناوری در منطقه برای ایران اسلامی، این تحقیق تلاش نموده است با استفاده از رویکرد راهبردی به تحلیل کیفی و ارزیابی وضعیت سازمان‌های پژوهش و فناوری بپردازد. مبانی نظری مورد استفاده برای تحلیل برگرفته از رویکردهای مدیریت راهبردی و شامل ارزش از دیدگاه مشتریان، پیشرانه‌های ارزش، دارایی‌های کلیدی، فرایندهای کلیدی و توانمندی‌های راهبردی می‌باشد. پس از ارائه نتایج تحلیلی بررسی سازمان‌های پژوهش و فناوری کشور در انتها به ارائه‌ی پیشنهادها و رهنمودهایی برای بهبود وضعیت و ارتقای سطح عملکرد سازمان‌های پژوهش و فناوری پرداخته می‌شود. https://jtd.iranjournals.ir/article_1715_0efbe98067c6c73dba1250d2beaa81f9.pdf
