		<Abstract>Understanding and application of science and technology play a vital role in societies success. Incremental importance of science and technology as the base of development in all dimensions – lasting development- has paid special status to the general understanding contexts and discussions such as science and technology philosophy, futurism, and management of science and technology.  Besides facing challenges and respecting global rules, effective players of the world competition scene try to improve their status through defeating all those hardships and turn every opportunity to competitive advantages. Science and technology policy making is a guide and supervisory tool to assure accomplishment of science and technology targets, and through such achievements it would enable the society and our organizations to access competitive advantages, and finally would provide the power of wealth creation and overall development.  Without science and technology policy making, development would be a difficult task and even might be devastating. This paper intends to express the essential, logical and fundamental relationship of science and technology policy making at national level. Also such policy making is applied to national development strategies, necessities, and approaches to dynamism and progressive toward creation of wealth.</Abstract>

		<Abstract>Respect to the rapid expansion of Research and Technology Organizations in Iran and the requirements of Iran vision 1404 which is targeting the first position in the field of science and technology in local area for Iran, This research attempt to carryout qualitative analysis and evaluation of status of Research and Technology Organizations of Iran by using strategic approach.  Theoretical framework for analyze is acquired from strategic management approaches and included value from customer point of view, value drivers, key assets, key processes, and strategic capabilities.  After presenting the analytical results of status of Research and Technology Organizations of Iran, at the end some implications and suggestions for improving status and enhancing performance of Research And Technology Organizations will be discussed.</Abstract>

		<Abstract>Innovation power evaluation in national level is an introduction to policy making in this domain. For this reason, far-reaching studies have been done, and different models are presented up to now. By reviewing the presented models in the world and also the steps taken in the country, this article tries to present an indigenous model for evaluating innovation power of I.R. of Iran. On this base, a few of these models –with emphasizing on the presented ones for under developed countries- are studied first. The comparison among the models shows that all of the effective components in innovation for evaluating are not studied in some of the models; therefore, they can’t evaluate systematically the effective components of innovation in national level. Hence, this article has presented a systematic conceptual framework for evaluating the innovation power by reviewing different approaches, summing up their weak and strong points and also taking into account the considerations on the indigenization of the country arising from economic, political and social characteristics of I.R. of Iran. Since it has been tried to present a systematic model, the innovation components have been evaluated in four groups of input, output, process, and environment components. In our suggested framework, it is tried to establish a clear picture of the weak and strong points of innovation system for policy makers.</Abstract>

		<Abstract>In this article the importance of documentation and intellectual property rights will be stated especially when we need to establish national innovation or knowledge management systems. The effects of them will also be showed when we use new management models (as knowledge management, Triz, suggestions system and etc.). Then the situation of them in Iran and world, or the amount of interaction between them or other effective parameters will be studied. As the result, some suggestions (as the importance of cooperation between the trustees of &quot;developing and implementing science &amp; technology macro policies&quot; and &quot;changing &amp; making knowledge _based administrative systems&quot;) will be offered for ensuring and sustaining creativity &amp; innovation in the country.</Abstract>

		<Abstract>Whereas the use of computer simulations in engineering science began over half a century ago, only in the past decade have simulation theory and technology made a dramatic impact across the engineering fields. In this article, we studied the potential impact of advances in Simulation-Based Engineering Science, or SBES, on Science and technology, and Identified major challenges and obstacles for the further advances. In part one, (Due to the large numbers of issues, the article was written in two parts), we considered the significance of SBES as a base for tomorrow’s Science and Engineering, decribed some of the remarkable applications that brings big benefits to society, and made some suggestions. In this part, we surveyed subjects such as challenges, barriers, and opportunities in SBES Research, including 1) The Challenge of Multiscale Modeling and Simulation, 2) Verification, Validation, and Uncertainty Quantification, 3) Dynamic Simulation Systems, Sensors, Measurements, and Heterogeneous Simulations, 4) New Vistas in Simulation Software, 5) The Emergence of Big Data in Simulation and the Role of Visualization in SBES, 6) Next-Generation Algorithms and Computational Performance, and 7) The impact of SBES Education for Tomorrow’s Engineers and Scientists.</Abstract>

		<Abstract>Dairy industry is one of the most important markets in which progress and improvement in machinery technology, also benefiting from experts’ experiences, development in nutritional industries majors, and scientific progresses available in this matter have created a very competitive environment. As a result, each of the companies for entry into the dairy market as well as self survival protection needs to enjoy a series of indicators such as: financial ability, a mighty, assiduous, and pioneer R&amp;D sector, scientific and expert marketing, scientific and systematic distribution and sale management, educated, experienced, and undertaking staff, a definite occupational improvement procedure, and also occupational security in order to adapt itself to the environmental changes easily.  This paper through a case study of Kalleh dairy firm as one of the active companies in dairy industries, using survey methods, place studies as well as determination of Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats based on SWOT method has presented apt strategies for the aforementioned organization as an example of dairy industry in the country.  Then the presented strategies are prioritized through the method of Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix (QSPM). 			<OtherAbstract Language="FA">Dairy industry is one of the most important markets in which progress and improvement in machinery technology, also benefiting from experts’ experiences, development in nutritional industries majors, and scientific progresses available in this matter have created a very competitive environment. As a result, each of the companies for entry into the dairy market as well as self survival protection needs to enjoy a series of indicators such as: financial ability, a mighty, assiduous, and pioneer R&amp;D sector, scientific and expert marketing, scientific and systematic distribution and sale management, educated, experienced, and undertaking staff, a definite occupational improvement procedure, and also occupational security in order to adapt itself to the environmental changes easily.  This paper through a case study of Kalleh dairy firm as one of the active companies in dairy industries, using survey methods, place studies as well as determination of Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats based on SWOT method has presented apt strategies for the aforementioned organization as an example of dairy industry in the country.  Then the presented strategies are prioritized through the method of Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix (QSPM).
