Respect to the rapid expansion of Research and Technology Organizations in Iran and the requirements of Iran vision 1404 which is targeting the first position in the field of science and technology in local area for Iran, This research attempt to carryout qualitative analysis and evaluation of status of Research and Technology Organizations of Iran by using strategic approach. Theoretical framework for analyze is acquired from strategic management approaches and included value from customer point of view, value drivers, key assets, key processes, and strategic capabilities. After presenting the analytical results of status of Research and Technology Organizations of Iran, at the end some implications and suggestions for improving status and enhancing performance of Research And Technology Organizations will be discussed.
