The significant growth in scholarly research on CVC investments may be partly related to the volume of participant behaviors over many years. In this situation, there will inevitably remain only companies whose managers are equipped with risk-taking skills, therefore, the entrepreneurial behavior of employees is described as one of the prominent aspects in facing competitive advantage. The aim of the present study is to investigate the effect of entrepreneurial behavior on corporate venture capital with the mediating role of risk taking. This research is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive-correlation in terms of nature and method. The statistical population of this research includes 144 people from the general office of Maskan Bank. In this research, Cochran's sampling formula was used to calculate the sample size. In this formula, with a possible accuracy of about 5% and assuming the highest dispersion of the studied traits, the sample size is 104 people. A questionnaire tool was used to collect data. Structural equation method and SmartPLS software were used to check research hypotheses. The obtained results show that when middle level managers perform entrepreneurial behavior, they have to influence their subordinates to imitate their performance behaviors, which ultimately leads to superior service delivery. In addition, the findings of this study can provide insights for policymakers in formulating and implementing human capital development policies and allow banks to benchmark themselves to improve their ability to create value. Considering the increase in global competition and the complexity of the market, it is hoped that this study will help the banking sector to develop effective strategies in stimulating entrepreneurial behaviors among its managerial employees. Hence, for established organizations such as the banking sector, it is critical to foster entrepreneurial behavior, especially at all middle management levels, in order to enhance performance and improve competitive advantage.

Research and technology organizations are one of the organizations related to technology development activities that constitute the major part of public research institutions and centers in Iran. Given the spread of privatization to the field of research and technology in Iran and the inclusion of public research institutions and centers in the agenda of privatization, the purpose of this article is to critically review the privatization policy of research and technology organizations. For this purpose, by examining the characteristics and historical evolution of research and technology organizations and explaining the business-oriented approach in these organizations, the challenges of privatization of research and technology organizations in Iran have been explained. Accordingly, regardless of whether the research and technology organizations are governmental or not, the business-oriented approach can be implemented in them, and privatization is not necessary to turn public research and technology organizations into an entrepreneurial and value-creating organization, and the idea that research and technology organizations can be driven towards financial autonomy (financial self- sufficiency) by forcing them to monetize from industry is a strategic mistake that has already been tried and tested in the world's leading countries and has not been successful. It is also a strategic mistake to consider the business-oriented approach to research and technology organizations as equivalent to forcing them to generate revenue. Another misconception in Iran is that if research and technology organizations are eliminated, technological startups or knowledge-based companies will be better and superior alternatives for them.

abstractIran's carpet industry is one of the most important industries among non-oil exports for a long time. One of the most important concerns in this industry is the issue of choosing the right supply chain policy. On the other hand, among the issues affecting the knowledge-based economy, attention is paid to the development of the technology ecosystem and innovation. Therefore, in this article, after studying the available sources, the functional variables in the carpet supply chain have been identified, and then, based on the systems dynamics approach, the cause and effect relationship between all the variables has been considered and the desired system has been simulated. In the following, the possibility of applying the scenario in Vansim software was used, and the results showed that the increase in production leads to an increase in profitability, and with the return of this profit in the carpet supply chain, it will lead to an increase in the quality of manufactured products. Also, in the analysis of the scenarios, it has been shown that by using a higher level of technology and new technologies, an increase in production can be achieved, and by implementing this scenario, in addition to increasing the quality of products and success in the market compared to the previous scenarios, with the delivery rate remaining constant, the costs Production will also decrease. Therefore, in the current situation, the best policy is to implement both scenarios at the same time.

The current research identifies the drivers of the ecosystem of digital businesses based on knowledge management in the tourism industry. The research method is of an applied type and was carried out with a hybrid approach (a combination of qualitative and quantitative methods), using thematic analysis, Max Quda software, structural equations, and SmartPLS and Mikmak software. The tools of data collection are interviews and questionnaires, and the sampling method in the qualitative part is purposeful judgment and in the quantitative part it is simply random. The statistical population in the qualitative section included 15 experts in the tourism industry, who were selected by a purposeful judgmental sampling method. The tool for collecting information in this section is a semi-structured in-depth interview. In the quantitative part, the statistical population including industrial and academic specialists and experts in the field of tourism were identified, and using Cochran's formula and sampling method, it was estimated that 384 people were available, of which 343 questionnaires were completed. In the qualitative section, 12 main categories were identified, including digital distribution, digital production, digital services, knowledge application, activity, location, communication, digital marketing, knowledge transfer, knowledge combination, actors and knowledge renewal, and 50 concepts. The results showed that digital distribution, digital production, digital services, application of knowledge, activity, location, connecting influential variables, digital marketing and knowledge transfer are two-dimensional variables. Knowledge combination and actors are dependent variables of knowledge renewal and independent variables.
