Abstract
In the first two decades of the 21st century, with the emergence of newly industrialized economies; Achieving industrial development in a country requires an understanding of the global industrial pattern, structure, and capacities, as well as past and future trends. This research aims to address the question of what transformations the global competitive structure of Industries has undergone, and where Iranian industries stand in the of HT-Industries worldwide. In response, the competitive structure in global production of factory industries positions two primary players: established global economies and newly industrialized economies, with a focus position of Iran in industries. The research results, derived from displacement trends and the intensity and speed of industrial growth in newly industrialized dynamic economies, indicate the dynamics of structural and geographical transformations in global industries. Industrialized countries often dominate in HT-Industries with a dominant and influential position through innovation and invention. In contrast, newly industrialized economies generally hold a prominent position in industries with low technology. From the study of Iran's position in the global structure of various industries, it is evident that Iran has played a significant role in resource-based industries. Iran's industrial performance is resource-base, and it lags behind in Industries concerning the desirable state. To achieve comprehensive industrial development in Iran in the medium and long term, a shift from the development of resource-based industries to the development of inclusive, employment-intensive, and knowledge-based industries is suggested. The successful experiences of industrial development in Turkey and South Korea serve as a forward-looking model.
