Abstract

In today's competitive world, organizations must improve their performance in order to stay competitive with other competitors and strive to create opportunities to attract top talent. The purpose of this study is to determine the role of tendency's and Actions of talent management on the performance of technology businesses of companies operating in the Science and Technology Park of Kurdistan Province. The present study is applied in terms of purpose and is descriptive and survey in terms of data collection. The statistical population of the study includes companies and organizations located in the Science and Technology Park of Kurdistan Province. The number of companies studied was 81 companies, which was obtained by using simple random sampling method and 68 companies through Cochran's formula. The main tool for data collection is a researcher-made questionnaire whose content validity was confirmed by 7 experts in management and the combined reliability and total obtained was above 0.7. SPSS and SMART PLS software were used to analyze the research data. The results showed that talent management actions and tendency's have a positive and significant effect on the performance of technology businesses. Talent management actions with a coefficient of 0.611 had the most impact on the performance of technology businesses and work-based systems with a coefficient of 0.344 had the least impact on the performance of technology businesses. The results showed thatTalent management actions for knowledge-based companies have a higher priority than talent strategic management tendency's. This means that for tech businesses, short-term results are more important than long-term results because of their instant gratification.
