Today, due to the increasing trend of environmental changes, organizations and companies need strategic entrepreneurship to respond effectively to their environmental needs. Strategic entrepreneurship leads to value creation, growth and wealth creation in the organization. The purpose of this study is to develop a strategic entrepreneurship model and examine its impact on competitive advantage by turning it into a key competency of organizations. In this regard, after explaining the theoretical foundations of the subject, using the method of library and documentary studies, reviewing previous articles and researches, and comparing strategic entrepreneurship models in scientific sources as well as in-depth interviews with experts, the developed model of strategic entrepreneurship, focusing on key competency in the organization is provided. The results of this study indicate that strategic entrepreneurship, when considered as a competency in the organization, can lead to the creation of value for individuals, organizations and society; and the momentary or occasional application of creativity alone will not guarantee competitive advantage. Creating value for owners and entrepreneurs creates wealth and ultimately contributes to economic growth and prosperity such as job creation, technological advances and public welfare. This model shows the strategic entrepreneurial relationship and its dimensions with competitive advantage by emphasizing its consolidation as a key competency in today’s economic conditions.
