Investigating the impact of sustainable digital human resources management on innovative performance and organizational reputation considering the mediating role of organizational innovation (case study: companies located in Science and Technology Park of Kurdistan province)

Abstract
Today, businesses are affected by two fundamental challenges; Digital transformations and sustainability and sustainable development have been placed and forced companies to institutionalize and culture these concepts in the whole organization and especially in their human resources department in order to adapt to such conditions, and therefore, the issue of sustainable digital human resources management is taken into consideration. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to investigate the effect of sustainable digital human resources management on innovative performance and organizational reputation, considering the mediating role of organizational innovation in Science and Technology Park of Kurdistan province. This research, in terms of purpose, is applied with a quantitative approach and a descriptive-survey nature. The statistical population was 120 companies located in Science and Technology Park of Kurdistan province, and all these companies were selected as samples. The data collection tool was a questionnaire, and finally 95 questionnaires were returned in full by the investigated companies and became the basis of the current research. direction of validity and reliability of the research; Content validity, convergent validity and divergent validity and reliability tests were used and confirmed. To analyze the data, SmartPLS4 and SPSS26 software were used and finally, the results showed that digital sustainable human resource management has a positive and significant effect on innovative performance and organizational reputation both directly and through the mediation of organizational innovation. Therefore, company managers are advised to pay attention to the concepts of sustainability and digital developments in the human resources sector at the same time so that the fields of innovation and organizational reputation and finally the innovative performance of employees are provided.
