Abstract
The development of propulsion industries is one of the main goals of countries in the field of industrialization. For this reason, achieving this important action is not without harm and challenges. The current research aims to Pathology the Development of Drivers Industries in Ardabil Province. This research is of an applied type and its research method is mixed, which has benefited from a sequential exploratory approach. In the first stage, using the qualitative method of thematic analysis, thematic axes are extracted and the existing challenges and harms are identified and explained using the tool of semi-structured interviews. Then, in the second step, which uses a quantitative survey method, each challenge and damage is prioritized using a questionnaire tool. The participants of the present research in the first stage are a group of specialists, academic and executive experts in the fields of industry, mining, and trade; Technology management, government management, urban planning management and technology management, which have both executive and research experience in this field. These people were identified using targeted sampling, and 16 people were interviewed. The experts of the quantitative stage of the research include specialists, experts, and craftsmen in this field in Ardabil province, who were identified using stratified random sampling. According to the findings of the research, by adopting the inductive approach in the first phase, 309 primary codes were identified, which were counted according to the Atride-Sterling approach, 41 basic themes, 16 organizing themes and 7 global themes. Then, in the second phase, using a researcher-made questionnaire, the main injuries were analyzed in order to prioritize and determine the level of importance. According to the results of the research, it can be said that the main damages in the field of development of propulsion industries in Ardabil province are mostly focused on the decision-making and management areas and it is necessary to take necessary measures in the field of solving such problems.
