One of the factors in the development of any country is flourishing technology-based firms. In order to develop technology-based firms should always be factors that lead to improve their performance. In this context, technology-based firms highly require dynamic capabilities in order to confirm prominence in competition and improve the performance. Because the main axis oriented technology companies, based on technology that is consistently increasing rate of change is high.
