Abstract

Many experts emphasize the necessity of using capabilities as a dynamic mechanism in guiding sustainable development strategies in order to control the adverse consequences of industrial development caused by the extensive exploitation of natural resources and the increasing destruction of the environment. These capabilities are through matching internal resources with capabilities. Foreign enables companies to choose the best strategic capability for sustainable development by identifying risk and uncertainties as the causes of disruption. This research is a hybrid in terms of developmental methodology and in terms of data collection. In the qualitative part, the components and themes of the research were determined based on meta-composite analysis processes, and Delphi analysis was also used to determine the limit of theoretical consensus. Also, with the aim of identifying the most influential factors identified in the quantitative section, intuitive fuzzy analysis was used. The results of the qualitative part indicate the existence of 5 themes of vital infrastructure of the industry and 3 components of the capabilities of sustainable development strategies. The results in the quantitative part also showed based on the process of fuzzy Vicor analysis, the technical factor is the most influential factor of the vital infrastructure of the industry, a factor for strengthening the capabilities of the sustainable development strategies of the oil and gas industry. And the strategy of sustainable economic development, the most important approach of the studied company, should be considered under the existence of the technical factor.
