چکیده
به دنبال پیامدهای نامطلوب توسعه صنعتی و بهره‌برداری گسترده از منابع طبیعی و تخریب فزاینده محیط‌زیست در طی دهه‌های اخیر، بسیاری از متخصصان بر لزوم بکارگیری قابلیت به‌عنوان مکانیزمی پویا در هدایتِ راهبردهای توسعه پایدار تاکید دارند، چراکه وجودِ قابلیت‌های راهبردی در توسعه پایدار از طریق تطبیق منابع داخلی با ظرفیت‌های خارجی، بنگاه‌ها را قادر می‌سازد تا ابتدا ریسک و عدم قطعیت‌ها را به‌عنوان عللِ ایجادکننده‌ی اختلال شناسایی نمایند و سپس برمبنای وجود ریسک‌ها اقدام به انتخاب بهترین قابلیت راهبردی جهت توسعه پایدار نمایند. هدف این پژوهش ارزیابیِ نقشِ مضامینِ زیرساخت‌های حیاتیِ صنعت در تقویتِ قابلیت‌های راهبردهای توسعه پایدار در شرکتِ بهره‌برداری نفت و گاز مارون می باشد. این پژوهش از نظر روش شناسی توسعه‌ای است و از نظر نوع جمع آوری داده‌های پژوهش ترکیبی است. در این پژوهش در بخش کیفی براساس فرآیندهای تحلیل فراترکیب تلاش شد تا ابتدا پژوهش‌های مرتبط با حوزه‌ی پژوهش تعیین و سپس مولفه‌ها و مضامین پژوهش تعیین شوند. همچنین در ادامه بخش کیفی از تحلیل دلفی برای تعیین حدِ اجماع نظری استفاده شد. در بخش کمی نیز باهدفِ شناساییِ تاثیرگذارترین عوامل شناسایی شده، از تحلیل فازی شهودی بهره برده شد. نتایج در بخش کیفی از وجودِ ۵ مضمونِ زیرساخت‌های حیاتیِ صنعت و ۳ مولفه قابلیت‌های راهبردهای توسعه پایدار حکایت دارد. نتایج در بخش کمی نیز براساس فرآیندِ تحلیلِ ویکور فازی نشان داد، عامل فنی به عنوان تاثیرگذارترین مضمونِ زیرساخت‌های حیاتیِ صنعت انتخاب شد که عاملی برای تقویتِ قابلیت‌های راهبردهای توسعه پایدارِ صنعت نفت و گاز محسوب می‌شود. همچنین مشخص شد، راهبردِ توسعه پایدارِ اقتصادی مهمترین رویکردی است که شرکتِ بهره‌برداری نفت و گاز مارون می بایست تحت وجودِ عامل فنی مورد توجه قرار دهد.

چکیده English

Many experts emphasize the necessity of using capabilities as a dynamic mechanism in guiding sustainable development strategies in order to control the adverse consequences of industrial development caused by the extensive exploitation of natural resources and the increasing destruction of the environment. These capabilities are through matching internal resources with capabilities. Foreign enables companies to choose the best strategic capability for sustainable development by identifying risk and uncertainties as the causes of disruption. This research is a hybrid in terms of developmental methodology and in terms of data collection. In the qualitative part, the components and themes of the research were determined based on meta-composite analysis processes, and Delphi analysis was also used to determine the limit of theoretical consensus. Also, with the aim of identifying the most influential factors identified in the quantitative section, intuitive fuzzy analysis was used. The results of the qualitative part indicate the existence of 5 themes of vital infrastructure of the industry and 3 components of the capabilities of sustainable development strategies. The results in the quantitative part also showed based on the process of fuzzy Vicor analysis, the technical factor is the most influential factor of the vital infrastructure of the industry, a factor for strengthening the capabilities of the sustainable development strategies of the oil and gas industry. And the strategy of sustainable economic development, the most important approach of the studied company, should be considered under the existence of the technical factor.
