ارائه مدل فازی انتخاب استراتژی تکنولوژی متناسب با رفتار شرکت

چکیده
امروزه انتخاب استراتژی مناسب یکی از فاکتورهای مهم برای پیشرفت و جلوگیری از اتلاف سرمایه های شرکت می‌باشد و دستیابی به یک سیستم یکپارچه که شرایط انتخاب استراتژی های مختلف را با در نظر گرفتن تمام متغیرهای موثر و فاکتورهای کلیدی مورد توجه قرار دهد، الزامی اساسی برای هر شرکت است. در این مقاله با استفاده از مطالعات انجام شده پیشین در زمینه استراتژی های تکنولوژی و رفتار شرکت، سعی شده است بر اساس مولفه های کلیدی موثر نظیرحفاظت شدگی، فرصت، انباشتگی و ضمنی سازی دانش و با یکپارچه‌سازی استراتژی‌های تکنولوژی و رفتار شرکت، مدلی جهت انتخاب استراتژی تکنولوژی متناسب ارائه گردد.نتایج حاصل از بررسی موازنه بین تکنولوژی‌های پایه‌ای و استراتژی‌های تکنولوژی فریمن در جدولی به عنوان جدول تطابق و بصورت دسته بندی شده استخراج و بر مبنای مولفه‌های مشترک با جدول رفتار شرکت یکپارچه شده است. جدول یکپارچه شده شامل حالت‌های مختلف محیط کسب و کار است به عنوان فاکتور خارجی شرکت و ضریب فاش‌شدگی و ضریب جذب به عنوان فاکتورهای داخلی در تحلیل فازی استفاده شده و بر این اساس مدل فازی انتخاب استراتژی تکنولوژی مناسب شرکت توسعه داده شده است. استفاده از روش‌های مدل‌سازی ریاضی در فضای مسائل مربوط به انتخاب استراتژی تکنولوژی نمی-تواند جوابی متناسب با کلیه شرایط مندرج در محیط ارائه دهد از اینرو با استفاده از ظرفیت‌های مدل‌سازی فازی برای‌ حل این مسئله استفاده شده است.

چکیده English

Nowadays, choosing the right strategy is one of the most important factors in promoting and preventing the loss of company capital. Achieving an integrated system that takes into account the conditions for selecting different strategies is essential for any company considering all the effective variables and key factors. In this paper, using previous studies in the field of technology strategies and corporate behavior, we have attempted to develop a model to provide appropriate technology strategy choices based on key effective components such as appropriability, opportunity, accumulation and implication of knowledge, and by integrating technology strategies and corporate behavior.
The results of the examination of the balance between basic technologies and Freeman's technology strategies, in a table named the concordance table, are extracted and categorized and integrated on the basis of common components with the corporate behavior table. The resulting integrated table includes different modes of business environment and is used as the external factors of the company, and the absorption and leakage coefficients are considered as internal ones in the Fuzzy analysis in the FIS system; thus the fuzzy model of choosing the appropriate technology strategy of the company is developed. Finally, it is validated using a numerical example of the proposed model.
