چکیده

هدف پژوهش شناسایی و اولویت‌بندی موانع بازدارنده یادگیری کارآفرینانه مبتنی بر تجارب شکست کارآفرینان برتر ایران می‌باشد. روش پژوهش آمیخته با طرح اکتشافی- متوالی و هدف کاربردی- توسعه‌ای بود. مشارکت‌کنندگان در بخش کیفی (روش پدیدارشناختی): 24 نفر از کارآفرینان برتر با نمونه‌گیری نظری هدفمند و در بخش کمّی (تحلیل معادلۀ ساختاری): 100 نفر از کارآفرینان با تجربه بودند که به پرسشنامۀ محقق‌ساخته‌ی مستخرج از بخش کیفی پاسخ دادند. تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌های کیفی تا رسیدن به اشباع و اجماع نظری جهت کدگذاری‌های اولیه ابعاد پژوهش در سازۀ موانع یادگیری کارآفرینی و تحلیل کمّی آن با نرم‌افزار آماری Smart pls(3) انجام شد. یافته‌ها نشان داد موانع یادگیری کارآفرینی از تجارب شکست کارآفرینان برتر ایران در 3 سطح (فردی، میانی و کلان)، 8 بعد به ترتیب: موانع (اقتصادی و مالی، زیرساختی، محیط کسب و کار، حمایتی، مدیریتی و سازمانی، اجتماعی- فرهنگی، ارتباطی و آموزشی و فردی (انسانی)) و 28 گویه جای گرفتند. در نتایج کمّی وجود رابطه بین 8 بعد و سازۀ موانع یادگیری مثبت و معنی‌دار (58/2 ≤ T) در سطح اطمینان 95 درصد تأیید و کیفیت اندازه ‌اثر ابعاد سازه، بالاتر از متوسط و قوی ارزیابی شد. برازش مدل پژوهش، مناسب و قوی 596/0=GOF) بود. به مدیران و کارآفرینان پیشنهاد می‌گردد، با ملاحظه ویژه موانع بازدارنده یادگیری کارآفرینانه مبتنی بر تجارب شکست کارآفرینان برتر را سطوح مذکور برطرف نمایند.

Identifying and prioritizing barriers to entrepreneurial learning based on the failure experiences of Iran's top entrepreneurs

چکیده [English]

The purpose of the research is to identify and prioritize the obstacles that prevent entrepreneurial learning based on the failure experiences of Iran's top entrepreneurs. The research method was mixed with an exploratory-sequential plan and an applied-developmental goal. Participants in the qualitative part (phenomenological method): 24 top entrepreneurs with targeted theoretical sampling and in the quantitative part (structural equation analysis): 100 experienced entrepreneurs who answered the researcher-made questionnaire extracted from the qualitative part. Qualitative data analysis until saturation and theoretical consensus were reached for initial coding of research dimensions in the structure of barriers to entrepreneurship learning and its quantitative analysis was done with Smart pls(3) statistical software. The findings showed the barriers to learning entrepreneurship from the failure experiences of Iran's top entrepreneurs in 3 levels (individual, medium and macro), 8 dimensions in order: barriers (economic and financial, infrastructural, business environment, support, managerial and organizational, socio-cultural , communication and educational and individual (human)) and 28 items were placed. In the quantitative results, the existence of a positive and significant relationship between 8 dimensions and the structure of learning barriers (T ≤ 2.58) was confirmed at the confidence level of 95% and the quality of the effect size of the dimensions of the structure was evaluated as higher than average and strong. The fit of the research model was appropriate and strong (GOF=0.596). Managers and entrepreneurs are suggested to remove the mentioned levels with special attention to the barriers that prevent entrepreneurial learning based on the failure experiences of top entrepreneurs.
