تبیین نقش ناهمگونی شبکه در توسعه عملکرد شرکت‌ها در شبکه های نوآوری مبتنی بر رویکرد دوسوتوانی (مطالعه موردی: شرکت های زیست دارویی)

چکیده
نوآوری در شبکه های فناورانه تحت تاثیر بازیگران با ماهیت‌های گوناگون است و ناهمگون بودن اعضای شبکه می‌تواند روی دستاوردهای شبکه اثرگذار باشد. همچنین مبتنی بر دیدگاه دوسوتوانی، سازمان ها برای موفقیت و توسعه عملکرد باید دو دسته فعالیت اکتشاف و بهره‌برداری را مورد توجه قرار دهند. بر این اساس، هدف از پژوهش حاضر بررسی نقش ناهمگونی در توسعه عملکرد شبکه‌های نوآوری صنعت زیست داوریی با رویکرد دوسوتوانی سازمانی می‌باشد. در این پژوهش در ابتدا با بررسی مبانی نظری و از طریق مصاحبه با تعدادی از متخصصان حوزه شبکه‌های زیست دارویی نسبت به شناسایی ابعاد ناهمگونی شبکه‌های نوآوری اقدام گردید و در ادامه به منظور بررسی فرضیات پژوهش و تاثیر ابعاد ناهمگونی شبکه بر عملکرد با رویکرد کمی نسبت به توزیع پرسشنامه بین مدیران ارشد شرکت های زیست دارویی فعال در شبکه های نوآوری اقدام شد و با روش مدلسازی معادلات ساختاری با استفاده از نرم افزار Smart-Pls یافته ها تحلیل گردید. نتایج پژوهش نشان می‌دهد که ناهمگونی روی عملکرد شرکت‌ها در شبکه‌های نوآوری، دارای اثر مثبت و معناداری می‌باشد. همچنین یافته‌ها نشان می‌دهد که اثر ناهمگونی شبکه روی عملکرد آتی شرکت ها بیشتر از عملکرد فعلی است. واژگان کلیدی: شبکه نوآوری، ناهمگونی شبکه، ناهمگونی بازیگران، عملکرد شبکه، دوسوتوانی سازمانی

چکیده English

Innovation in technological networks is influenced by actors of different natures, and the heterogeneity of network members can affect the achievements of the network. Also, based on the ambidexterity approach, organizations must consider two categories of exploration and exploitation activities to succeed and develop performance. Accordingly, the purpose of this study is to investigate the role of heterogeneity in the development of the performance of innovation networks in the biotechnology industry with an organizational ambidexterity approach. In this research, first, by examining the theoretical foundations and through interviews with a number of experts in the field of biopharmaceutical networks, the dimensions of heterogeneity of innovation networks were identified. A quantitative approach was taken in the distribution of questionnaires among senior managers of biopharmaceutical companies active in innovation networks and the findings were analyzed by structural equation modeling using Smart-Pls software. The results show that heterogeneity has a positive and significant effect on firm performance in innovation networks. The findings also show that the effect of network heterogeneity on the future performance of companies is greater than the current performance.
