چکیده

اساسی‌ترین شاخص توسعه‌ی اقتصادی و اجتماعی در بسیاری از کشورهای مترقی و توسعه یافته، صنعت خودروسازی آن کشور می‌باشد ایران تا سال 2009 جزو ۱۸ خودروساز برتر جهان و جزو بزرگترین خودروساز خاورمیانه محسوب می‌شد که متاسفانه در چند سال اخیر فراوانی اشکالات و انتقادات به کیفیت و قیمت این خودروها تاثیر زیادی در این جایگاه و رتبه از خود به جا گذاشته است .در این پژوهش به پیش بینی قمیت خودرو های تولید داخل در بازار بر اساس مدل سیستم داینامیک پرداخته شده است. جامعه اماری برای جمع اوری داده های تحلیلی 512 نفر از خبرگان و متخصصان این حوزه در نظر گرفته شد که بر اساس روش کوکران 412 نفر به عنوان نمونه اماری در نظر گرفته شد. داده های بدست امده در پرسشنامه در ابتدا با استفاده از روشAHP تحلیل گردید تا ضرایب تاثیر متغییر ها استخراج گردد. سپس بر اساس روش سیستم دینامیکی به طراحی مدل و شبیه سازی ان در نرم افزار ونسیم پرداخته شد. با توجه به نمودار بدست امده در صورت ثابت بودن وضعیت موجود، رشد قیمت خودرو تا 34 ماه کم می باشد اما بعد از 34 ماه رشد بسیار چشمگیری مشاهده می شود دلیل این امر بالا بودن میزان تاثیرات عوامل افزایش دهنده قیمت خودرو به نسبت عوامل کاهش دهنده قیمت خودرو می باشد.

چکیده English

The most basic indicator of economic and social development in many developed and developed countries is the automotive industry of that country . ntil 2009, Iran was one of the top 18 automakers in the world and one of the largest automakers in the Middle East. In this research, the price of domestically produced cars in the market is predicted based on the dynamic system model. The statistical population is intended for collecting analytical data of 512 experts and specialists in this field, which according to Cochran's method, 412 people are considered as a statistical sample. The data obtained in the questionnaire were first extracted using the AHP method to extract the effect coefficients of the variables. Then, based on the dynamic system method, model design and simulation were performed in Wensim software. Given the current situation, if it is stable, the growth of car prices is low for 34 months, but after 34 months, a very significant growth can be due to the high impact of factors affecting car prices relative to reducing factors. Is the price of the car.
