English

Industry 4.0 is known as the fourth industrial revolution that can help improve environmental sustainability by integrating advanced technologies. In order to implement Industry 4.0 in business development, manufacturers face many factors that need to be identified and analyzed. The purpose of the present research is to identify the factors influencing the implementation of Industry 4.0 and provide a structural-interpretive model. In terms of the purpose of this research, it is part of applied-developmental research and in terms of the type of research, it is considered a hybrid (exploratory mix) and also the number of statistical sample in the quantitative part was 12 people, which was based on the objective-judgment method of experts who have experience working in small companies and They had average production and were selected. In the first stage, in order to identify the factors affecting the implementation of Industry 4.0, the metacomposite method was used, and then the structural-interpretive modeling method was used to stratify these factors, and finally, the role of each factor was determined by using the mik-mak analysis. The results of metacombination method, identification of 24 sub-factors in 6 main dimensions of environmental factors, knowledge management, socio-cultural factors, economic situation, technological infrastructure and the role of the government were extracted and then a structural-interpretive model with nine levels was presented which provides financial resources and inflation. economic are placed at the lowest level (ninth level) and saving natural resources and environmental protection were placed at the highest level, i.e. the first level; Therefore, it is suggested that the small and medium manufacturing businesses of Yazd province try to provide financial resources for the implementation of Industry 4.0 and control economic inflation with market analysis.
