چکیده

صنعت از بخش های عمده و حساس اقتصاد کشور محسوب می شوند؛ چراکه نقش موثر آن در توانمندی جامعه در روند توسعه و تکامل از طریق رفع نیازهای اقتصادی بسیار محسوس است. نقش بنیادین صنعت در دستیابی به اهداف توسعه و تکامل موردنظر جامعه ایران، الزامات خاصی را برای تعیین اتراتژی و سیاست های کلان در برنامه های توسعه به دنبال خواهد داشت. بر این اساس، استراتژی ها و راهبردهای جامعه دین محور با سایر جوامع مادی گرا متفاوت است؛ چراکه چارچوب کلی آن بوسیله ارزش، بینش و دانش برخاسته از دین تعیین می شود. بر این پایه کشور ما برای دستیابی به اهداف و آرمان های اقتصادی خود نیازمند یک مدل و الگویی است که در پرتو آن بتواند جایگاه صنعت و استراتژی توسعه صنعتی کشور را متناسب با ساختار ارزشی حاکم بر جامعه مشخص نماید. بدین منظور ضرورت پژوهشی فراگیر در تجزیه و تحلیل سه دهه گذشته صنعت کشور و دستیابی به ریشه معضلات اقتصادی و صنعتی، امکان ترسیم دورنمای صنعت مطلوب و شیب انتقال در دوران گذار را هر چه بهتر فراهم خواهد آورد.

The necessity of research on the industrial development strategy of the nation

چکیده [English]

Industries comprise the major economic sectors of a country. By satisfying the economic needs, they have an effective and sensible role in empowering the society in the process of development and perfection. The fundamental role of industries in achieving the development goals for Iran's society will demand specific requirement for strategic planning and policy making in the development programs. On this basis, the strategies of a religious society are different from other materialist societies for its overall framework will be determined by the religious values, perspectives and knowledge. In this regard our country needs a model and pattern for determining the correct situation of the strategy of industrial development of the nation consistent with value structure that governs the society. To achieve this goal, it is necessary to conduct research on investigation and analysis of the country's industrial situation in the past three decades to understand the main causes of economic and industrial difficulties and providing a long-term perspective of transfer gradient in a transient era.
