چکیده

این مقاله به سه رویکرد مختلف نسبت به توسعه تکنولوژی پرداخته و در پی آن است که ارتباط میان توسعه، توسعه تکنولوژی و اعتقادات مذهبی را ازدیدگاه های مختلف مورد بررسی قرار دهد. دیدگاه اول، عقلانیت مستقل بشر را برای توسعه، کافی دانسته و دین را مانعی در راه آن می داند و دیدگاه دوم دین را امری قدسی و متعالی دانسته و حضور دین در عرصه های اجتماعی را امر مقبولی نمی داند. لذا هر دو دیدگاه، نقشی را برای دین در توسعه و متعاقب آن در توسعه تکنولوژی قائل نیستند. در این مقاله هر دو دیدگاه از جهات مختلف مورد نقد و بررسی قرار گرفته است. دیدگاه سوم بر این باور است که بین دین و تکنولوژی نه جدایی هست و نه مخالفت و اعتقاد دارد که به راحتی نمی توان میان توسعه مدرن و مذهب را آشتی داد. این دیدگاه معتقد است که باید به توسعه ای دست یافت که پایدار، هماهنگ، همه جانبه و متکی بر بنیان مذهب باشد. در این نوشتار از نظر فلسفه تاریخ و تکامل تاریخی، ظهور سه دیدگاه مورد بررسی قرار گرفته و حاکمیت دین بر شئونات توسعه نتیجه گیری شده است. در ارائه همین مبحث، توسعه عقلانیت مبتنی بر مذهب را به مثابه ضرورتی برای توسعه دانسته و بر توسعه تکاملی مبتنی بر ایمان تاکید می نماید. در پایان، نظر هر یک از دیدگاه های سه گانه را درباره توسعه تکنولوژی بطور اخص برشمرده و با تقسیم تکنولوژی به سه سطح، دست یابی به ابزار تولید علم را به عنوان عمیق ترین لایه تکنولوژی، ضروری می داند.

The approach recognition of technology development

چکیده [English]

Having proceeded to the three different approaches of technology development in this article, the connection among development, technology development and religious believes are studied from different points of views: The first view underlines human independent rationality, and assumes the religion as a development hindrance. The religious, in the second view, is taken as a divine command and transcendent approach whose presence in social arenas is not desirable. Both of these views, therefore, do not consider any role for religion in development and subsequently in technology development. They are scrutinized in every respect in the article. It is believed, in the third view, that neither separation nor disagreement is there between religion and technology, and the reconciliation of them is not an easy task. In this view, a sustainable, balanced, multilateral and religion-based development should be obtained. In this article, the appearance of these views is studied from point of philosophy of history and historical evolution, concluding the religion authority over the development dignities. In continuation of the subject, the development of nationality based on religion is taken as a necessity for development, and underlines the evolutional development based on faith. At the end, each of the three stands points about the technology development is presented specifically, and by dividing the technology three levels, the access to the tools of science production is considered necessary, as the deepest layer of technology
