[English]

Concepts introduce a researcher’s ideas, thoughts, or theories in a certain field or a special use. They must convey the writer’s idea clearly and without any vagueness or exaggeration. According to different researchers and personalities, these concepts, being special instruments of answering questions, imply similar meaning, though they might be different in conveying ideas. In the recent years, a lot of researchers have dealt with the concept of dynamic capability and refined it. The most important authors who have dealt with this issue are Teece and his colleagues who have introduced it as a new theory in different management branches. This article, enjoying the ideas of different writers, at first, introduces the theory of dynamic capability and then analyzes its hypothetical and practical structure. It also shows which questions in the management field can be answered based on this theory. It is advantageous to the beginners or those who have no knowledge of this concept.
