چکیده
دو واژه توسعه و تکنولوژی که در گذشته ای نه چندان دور، اولی صرفا به حوزه مسائل اقتصادی جوامع و دومی به حوزه علوم مهندسی اشاره داشت، امروزه دارای مفاهیم گسترده ای هستند. توسعه پایدار که مفهومی همه جانبه دارد از طریق توسعه تکنولوژی در تمام ابعاد از علوم انسانی تا علوم مهندسی میسر است. در این نوشتار ضمن اشاره به بعضی از عوامل عقب ماندگی، برخی از تهدیدهای توسعه نیافتگی را برشمرده ایم. سپس به عوامل کلیدی توسعه و لزوم تحول در نظام آموزش که زیربنای تامین نیروی انسانی خلاق و اساسی ترین عامل توسعه را تشکیل می دهد، اشاره شده است. در پایان ضمن بیان دلایل امکان پذیری حذف شکاف بین کشورهای توسعه یافته و توسعه نیافته، جهت گیری های اساسی تحقق آن نیز مورد بررسی قرار می گیرد.

The effect of educational system on technology development
چکیده [English]
Nowadays, the two terms of development and technology have broad concepts while not long ago the former merely referred to the field of economic problems of societies and the latter referred to engineering sciences. The sustainable development which has a far-reaching concept is possible in all dimensions from human to engineering sciences through the technology development. Reckoning to some of the factors of retardation in this article, we have enumerated some of the treats of development disability. Then the key factors are pointed out and the necessity of the change in the educational system which is the basis for providing creative human resources as the most essential factor in development is reminded. At the end, while expressing the reasons which make possible the gap between the developed and no developed countries be removed, the basic trends for its materialization are mentioned.
