The necessary information was collected using a questionnaire from 384 statistical samples from the community of theoretical and experimental experts in the field of new product development. The measurement tool has been adapted and used by experts and their views. In order to analyze the evidence, multivariate analyzes such as exploratory factor analysis, first-order and second-order confirmatory factor analysis and comparison of the mean of a group were used. Various indicators have supported the reliability and validity of the components identified in the supporting research and the fit indicators of the capability of the measurement part and the structural part of the model. In the analysis of data from MaxQDA statistical software, S. P. S. S and Imus were used and the results were decided and analyzed based on the rule of statistical software. This part of the research has been analyzed with descriptive and inferential indicators.
